What a day! Big eye roll!

Man, today was just one of those days. Not the bad days, but just one of those days where it's like, what the hell just happened?!

Today, June twenty first, Saturday, was my graduation party (for my dad's side of the family. -.-) I could NOT sleep the night before, and I woke up exhausted, mumbling and talking to myself as I got ready for the day. I dress in perfectly comfortable clothes, but when Meru came over (because she walked up to my grandpa's house with me) she dressed me in this one silky dress I have an HIGH HEELS!!!! You do NOT know how BADLY I do with heels. Plus, walking down then up two hills? Killed my feet, but it wasn't that bad I guess, still, I nearly killed myself!

When we got there, hardly anyone was there yet (since we arrived early to help out) but everyone was like, no just sit down and relax. So Meru and I sat down and relaxed, and we just started talking. Then my friend Boychi comes in, and she entered our conversation. Meru and I started talking about an anime called Fruits Basket, and she actually listened, and she isn't the anime kinda girl! So we were like, cool, at least she listens! So we're explaining that anime to her and why we like it so much, then we change topics. Oh lord did we change topics! I don't think we talked about the same thing for more then five minutes.

We covered so many things. We kind of gossiped, though I don't really like doing that since it's pointless. But we covered our trips to Cedar Point (and for those of you who have never been nor heard of it, YOU MUST GO THERE!!!!) friends, people who dropped out, stupid crap people are doing, politics (what the hell, right?) life, college, goals, dreams, so many things. We pretty much covered everything, and it was awesome! Then my friend Deanna and Andre came and they joined in as well.

After they came we started talking about T.V. for some reason. All the old shoes like Rugrats when they were babies and they were actually cool, and Angry Beavers and all those shows. It was really funny, because we also reminisced about how I always get headaches, and how they ruined my Cedar Point trip pretty much the end of our tenth grade year. I had been on my period that day AND I had a migraine. It was fun while the headache held off though. Then we were talking about the rides we rode on our more rescent trip to the park.

The Mavrick, is so God for saken awesome! Then there's the Raptor, Gemini, Mean Streak, oh so many awesme rides! I wouldn't go on the Mantis though, you have to stand up for that one. Freaked me out just thinking about it!

Anyways, after we talked about that, Deanna had to go to work and Andre was taken home by Deanna's mom, whom, I love, because she LOVES video games! I'm talking Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy games here, not the piddly ass games like pac-man (though it can be fun) and what not. Plus, she knows her computers inside and out, she has helped me out so much with mine before it crashed. I still miss my XP. T.T Sob, sob.

Ok, so after a while, probably around five, we left for my friend McB's graduation party. We screwed around a little there for about an hour, then tornadoe sirens went off. Boychi and Meru didn't hear it, but I did, and thought nothing of it since we get false alarms all the time, and it was so beautiful out. By the time it was almost six, it was getting darker, the wind picked up and the sirens actually went silent. It was actually nice until all the dust and ROCKS were being picked up by the wind. We got so freaked out we ran to Boychi's car, got in, and before we left, McB came running to the car and told us to watch out for the powerlines since they had fallen.

Well, that just freaked Boychi out even more and we raced down the road, and was freaking out so badly whenever she had to stop. I'm trying to keep calm but I think I might have been a little hysterical. In any case, instead of taking me and Meru to my house, she tooks us to her's and we waited out in her basement until it was only raining outside. When she took us home, her grandma went with us, probably so Boychi wouldn't freak out again since she hates storms, as does Meru. Personally, I love storms, but I don't blame them for being afraid of them.

So Meru and I make it home safely, we sit around, and I see who all gave me graduation cards. I got so many beautiful cards, I almost started crying! In total, I got like... three eighty from my family/friends. Which is like wow, I didn't expect anything. Then again, I didn't want nor expect ONE party, but now I'm stuck dealing with TWO? Roll eyes big time there. For those of you who don't know, my parents split about two years ago, and have been officially divorced for about six months. So yeah, lot of tension a lot of anger and what not, so I guess because of that we couldn't have one huge graduation party. Which makes it troublesome because I will be working six days a week, with Tuesday being my only day off, starting July sixth. But that's another story.

Later my mom comes home, she makes chocolate chip cookies (the most ORGASMIC cookies ever!!!) and Meru and I are on the computers, doing our thing. Eventually she called her dad, and he told her that her mom, who was supposed to pick her up, wasn't home. So we waited for a while, she calls back, and starts yelling at Meru, so that caused a half hour ranting spree from her, because her mom and dad are really unfair to her. Plus her mom favors her brother Andre, so yeah. She was happy though because this guy she has been in love with for four years is going out with her.

So yeah, today was just one of those days. Where it is incredibly awesome, but then some freaky shit happens. I know no one cares, but I just cracked my knuckles, and it has been more than twelve hours since I last did that. For me, it hurts if I don't crack them, so it's a major relief. (Meru HATES it when I crack my knuckles.) So yeah, there's my 'What a day' rant I guess you could say.

Gotta say I loved it, but it kind of endly badly, since it pisses me off how Meru is treated. Perhaps some time I will explain more on that why I care so much. One, she is my friend, of course we care about our friends, but to anyone who knows us, We. Are. Twins. I swear to God we are. That's a little off topic though and I'm sure no one cares, in any case, so yeah, that was my day. Hope everyone else had a good day! :)
