BLOGGING: THE NEW ADDICTION

I have been Blogging for a short time, maybe two weeks. I even got my roommate in on the fun. I find myself wanting to check my blog even when I have more important work to do. Instead of writing papers for English, I write new blogs. Instead of reading my text for Greek Myth, I find myself logging onto the internet reading other people’s blogs. I’m not sure why blogs have this effect on me. Perhaps it is because through other people’s blogs I am learning new things, or I can get my opinion out there for others to read. Either way, I am addicted. I never knew blogging could be so fun. I always heard of people having something called a blog. I wasn’t sure what it was. But now that I know, I’m hooked!

Next thing you know you'll be facing a mirror sideways taking pictures with your cell phone.....

Maybe not.

Welcome to this world of words.

I'm not a smoker, but I'm a blogger. I can't harass them when I can't stay away from my own computer desk. I have to take "blog breaks" at work. 15 minutes. If I don't get them, I get cranky and jittery.

Me too. I find it facinating to see what other people have to say about this world we are living in. I love being able to converse with people I would never have another opportunity to meet in real life.

isnt it amazing?

haha it does become like an addiction.. maybe not as bad as the myspace craze thats going on.. but at least here your mostly surrounded by people that worry about the things that are going on..

i think i'd even put homework off...
