Divorce

I look at the world today and the divorce rate is ever so high. Why might I ask has it climbed? Is it the fact that too many people don't want to put true work into their relationships anymore... That when hard troubling things happen we feel disconnected and in turn feel like love was lost? I mean there are serious reasons to get a divorce, and for those of you who have had a serious issue in their marriage I am sorry and this doesn't apply to those situations. However my aim is money issues, arguing, life set-backs, children, ect. The more, what I call "minor issues." What message are we sending the world when we cheat and break down on our companions? What message are we showing the rest of the world. What are we showing to our children? I mean most of us have religion somewhere in our lives, how does that stand out? I think this is part of the down-fall or the US. Too many people divorces and breaking up families. That in turn hurts the economy, hurts us is many other ways as well. We fall apart as the people in some ways. Poorer communities, job loss, single-family incomes. I think we should look at putting some money into our states to tryt o help marriages last, to start with the family and move up from there. We have a huge breakdown of the family and that really does make an impact in the world. If we start there we can grow. We have counseling for engaged couples about to get married, why not add that if people are considering divorce? Think of all the benefits if more marriages were saved, more couples had a bit of support put into those relationships and how that not only can better the world as a whole but also build our economy up. I strongly feel it starts with family. You have that you can achieve anything.
