My apologies

So I was reading the post by progressiveu and if that past blogger is still at least on the website (even if he or she is not blogging at this point) I wanted to extend my deepest apologies.  I have to say that I definitely signed on to progressiveu for the scholarship program, but it really has transformed to a greater civic interest.

I just wanted to let all bloggers know that I read my comments and all of those who commented on my post do not make me feel like quitting, but actually make me more dedicated to the site and also make me rethink my position.  For example, I blogged about merit-pay for teachers because I had a project on that and I thought it was an interesting topic to talk about.  Well, I got some really progressive responses from bloggers who had first-hand knowledge about the effects of merit pay from having parents as teachers i.e jenni.  I got to use some of that info in my project and it really made a good impact.

Also, I've received comments that are short and bloggers quickly agree or disagree or express an opinion such as thinking something was funny or comforting. I've also received long comments with useful links for information  I value all comments because I feel that I'm communicating with a wide array of people.

All in all, I just wanted to apologize to any bloggers if my messages have been in anyway not progressive.  I try to get a mix of personal and world/national events.  If you guys ever want me to look into something or state my opinion, I welcome you to comment on my stuff or even better make a blog about it yourself so your interest earns you some points.

I know it's a little discouraging that a really deserving person left the blogging for progress team, but by reading my comments, I believe that we still have a good group.  I strive to really make my blogs progressive this next month and beyond and hopefully I can continue to learn about you my fellow bloggers and maybe even something new about myself.

I joined Progressive U for the scholarship program but now I blog all the time and I sometimes forget that this is why I am blogging. I am glad I learned about this website because this is a place where people can express there opinion and I love Progressive so much. I also appreciate my comments as well. I know sometimes we can blog so much, our topics aren't progressive. I accept your apology and you are doing a great thing. Keep on blogging.
