Drug approved for crohns disease in children

Remicade was approved as a treatment for Crohn's disease in children on May 19.  For those of you who don't know what Crohn's disease is, it is a chronic inflammation of the intestines, which can cause diarrhea, cramping, adominal pain, and bleeding.  This drug would be available as an injectable drug, and has already been approved in 1998 for adults.  The FDA believes that the risks of this drug are outweighed by the benefits.  However, this drug has been found to be linked with a very aggressive and usually fatal form of lymphoma in adolscents and young adults, along with other cancers (breast, skin, and colorectal), serious infections, disorders of the blood, and disorders of the nervous system.  Is this drug worth all of the risks that go along with it?  My guess is that people who have suffered with this awful disease their whole lives probably feel that it is.
