Th e Outrageous Problem: Gangs

The most dreadful and scary association that is weakening our society is the gangs.  It is very sad to say that there are so many wanting to take over the U.S.A. The main gang member wants to get as many young teenagers to recruit in their gang for it can become stronger and the kid could get used to that life. I know it is very sad because so many people are dieing and getting shot, so may innocent people also. The most powerful and violent gang in the United States is The MS- 13 gang also known as the Mara Salvatrucha. This organized gang is unfortunately located throughout the United States.The MS has over 15,000 members in 115 cliques in 33 states in the U.S.A only. There are over 250,000 members in Central America which is El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala. This gang is becoming international and there might be some solutions on how to fix this horrible problem. Many Salvadorian refugees fled from El Salvador from the civil war in the 1980's and rampaged to Los Angeles. This is where half of the gang MS started. These gang members formd together with the young immigrants that came from El Salvador and decided to make their own cliques. The gang found what they wanted:instant street protection and respect, a caring family and fiancial security. It is so depressing reading all of the awful tragedies that this gang did. I wish that something could change in this world and that would be starting with the stupid gangs. I mean why do they fight over two colors. God made colors for the world could look wonderful, and not to fight over. That wasn't the point at all. I wanted to write about this because there are so many things that are happening and I get shocked when I hear that people can really have hate in their eyes to actually torture so many innocent people. I think that U.S.A should keep all of the hard Latino workers that really want o work here and make money for their families back home because it is hard to make money with poverty in those countries. I think that they should give them a chance. But I also think that they should do something about the ones that are affiliated in gangs and doing drug sells and killing innocent people. Sometimes we need a little change in life to take young kids out of the streets and kep them in school and to bring peace in life. This is serious.
