Breaking news from CNN: Two floors of a 100-year-old Elks' Club building in Clinton, MO, has collapsed, leaving at least 11 people injured.
Video of the three-story building showed the brick exterior completely intact, but a pile of furniture and debris could be seen on the first floor where a clothing store is located.
"The top (floor) has pretty much come off," witness Diane Hannah told CNN. "It collapsed three stories down into the first story. "
She estimated over 100 emergency personnel were on the scene, including 30 ambulances.
Many people inside were able to walk out, she said, while others are believed to be trapped in the rubble.
Tammy Woirhaye, a spokesman for the hospital in Clinton said several medical helicopters have been dispatched to take others to a hospital in Kansas City, about 80 miles northeast of Clinton.
Some of the 11 brought into the hospital were treated and released, she said.
