art in school

it has recently come to my attention that my schools budget is severly one sidded.  Instead of building a preformance space or buying new supplies for the srt classes, my school has deemed it necessary to add another soccer field to our grounds.  I'm all for expressing yourself through physical activites, but in reality, my school sucks majorly at athletics, another sports field is pointless if you can't even win on the one you have!!!  I find it frustrating that my school would rather rent out a crappy auditorium rather than saving money in the long run by rentavating.  We can't all be jocks, there needs to be a balance between athletics and asthetics!!!!
