Kevin Federline isn't ready to let go of the lifestyle Britney Spears' millions brought him.
The fledgling rapper is seeking spousal support from Brit, according to court papers filed yesterday and obtained by the celebrity news Web site TMZ.com. Federline, 28, also wants legal and physical custody of their two young sons, 13-month-old Sean Preston and 8-week-old Jayden James.
That's not likely to sit well with the pop princess, who asked for full custody in her divorce petition, although she's willing to allow K-Fed visitation rights. Spears, 24, is said to have a prenup agreement that will keep her soon-to-be-ex from getting his hands on most of her assets.
"Legally Blonde" star Reese Witherspoon also is taking steps to protect her fortune from estranged hubby Ryan Philippe.
In filing for divorce yesterday, Witherspoon asked a judge to block any bid by the "Flags of Our Fathers" actor to obtain spousal support, according to TMZ.
The Oscar-winning actress is seeking joint custody of the couple's children, 7-year-old Ava and 3-year-old Deacon, but she wants primary physical custody and "exclusive use of the family residence."
The couple, who have been married seven years, do not have a prenup.

I highly doubt Kevin Federline will gain custody of the children. He hasn't even taken care of his children from previous relationships. And it's dIvorces. Not dEvorces.
thank god. brittney and kevin broke up. its too late now tho. she's trailer trash.
It's seems all of these stars only get married to jump start each others careers. They're even willing to have children to do this. I might be wrong on their intentions. But if they do get married so that their sells/ratings will boost, then that's sad to think about, considering the children.
