The wildfire in California was started by an arsonist. Thus far it has killed 4 firefighters and left 400 people trapped. This is being called the deadliste fire since 2001. The news says it consitutes murder. This was carefully planned, said to have been placed at 1am during this season it's crazy! It's dry weather and very windy. I have a horrible feeling more will die if this doesnt end soon.
My question is, what are they going to charge the arsonist with if they catch him/her? Murder, for the lives of the firefighters, arson? criminal mischief?
What sentence would they recieve? The death penalty?
