They have to be kidding right. There needs to be a redone of all laws
How long will it take unless a child gets infected because of one of these rapes by a disases that can spread to others. That child is forever tainted.
Reform the classification of sex offender laws that only the most serious of crimes get the housing restrictions.
There are instances between Boyfriend/girlfriend that have tainted people for life. It is ridiculous what happened in GA awhile back. Geeze. What about these girls who sex themselves into something they are not then cry rape. it is wrong.
Serious child abusers need to have the dealth penalty. what about the kids. They are dangerous predators out there. if they can not face the death penalty then put them away in a mental ward after the prison sentence is completed. People need to think.
Also the child who is raped sometimes become the offender in a later life. SCOTUS was wrong. Those guys will forever stain and the people affected will have issues the rest of their life because their childhood is essentially over because th ey can not turnback to make things happy.
In Georgia, a deputy is accused of kissing a 14 year old girl. SOme wonder is there more to that story...

Just because the convicted is killed, does not mean the child's mental suffering will change. While you have a valid point about the child's physical and mental safety, the child will most likely fear an attack from another rapist if theirs is dead. The child may also feel intense guilt because they blame themselves for the rapist's death, even if the rapist deserved it. I am against the death penalty in all cases, especially non murder cases. Revenge should be the last thing from the mind of the person doing the sentencing. Killing the person will not bring back childhood, or undo the physical pain or mental agony. The important thing is making sure that victims, or possible victims are safe, and I don't think execution is the way to make that happen. After all, we still have murderers, even in states with the death penalty.

You could explain your opinions in greater detail... why the death penalty specifically is the best course of action to punish a child rapist. What ramifications the decision could have, etc.
