Well, welcome to another post by me. Today's subject is sleep and worries. Sleep is something everyone needs to function properly.Whether it's a few hours or days, heh. Sleep can affect our moods and personalities thus, resulting in bad consequences like; yelling at a good friend, hurting someone's feelings, or even hurting someone physically or mentally. Sleep is your best friend, so see sleep frequently and periodically. Next on the list is worries. Worries are little "demons" of the mind that make people stress over things, small or big. I myself am a "worrier". It's something that makes me over-analyze, become scared for no reason with no purpose, and makes me paranoid beyond most belief. I also have friends that do the same thing. All I can say is take things slowly and always give yourself time to breathe. I see people in the world that stress over things like "Oh My Goodness! The drapes don't match the china!" It's pointless and a waste of time and effort. So please, before you freak out and worry, take a deep breath, step back from the problem, get sleep if you can, or get someone else's view on the problem. Well this is all for today, thank you.

I think sleep is so hard to come by sometimes....yea, it's all those thoughts that keep coming in mind, bugging you, making you think about the tomorrows and the day afters...etc...I had sleeping problems in high school, because I would go to sleep and wake up in the middle of the night, staying awake and unable to go back to sleep for hour...sometimes its not thinking about something, but it might be your biological functions that are not working properly...and when people say it might have something to do with your circadian rhythm, I still don't think that explains everything....
