Congratulations Dannielynn, you know who your daddy is! Now that the rest of the world knows who the father is, what took so long? It is months after Anna’s death and they are just now finding out who the father is. Even if one of the men said that they did not want the test, the court could have ordered that the baby’s DNA be tested against the other man. That’s all that needed to be done. Larry Birkhead is the biological father of the child. Now, the issue of custody. Howard K. Stern has said that he is not going to fight Larry for custody. That seems simple enough, but there is the issue of Anna’s mother possibly fighting for joint custody. If she gets anything, I think that it will only be visitation rights. The man is the child’s father, I don’t think that and court will give the grandmother more than visitation unless she can prove that he is a bad father. I just hope that this little girl can grow up and have a normal life, as normal as possible

There were actually three men involved in the paternity war, so testing against the 'other man's dna' wouldn't have worked if two of the three were against it. But I am glad the baby girl finally knows who her daddy is [not that it matters to her yet], because I'm getting fairly sick of hearing about the whole thing. I mean I have sympathy because the child lost a mother and many people who loved Anna are now mourning, but hey, every day people die and not many of them are splattered on the news for four months...
