Obesity is a major issue these days among many Americans. Is it due to a lack of exercise or too much fast food? I'm guessing that most people here in my city can tell you the location of three Burger King's right now...or five McDonald's. The fact is, people are becoming too picky with what they eat. They go out to eat a lot more than they used to and when they do eat at home, they complain about what they are being served because it isn't greasy and full of fat. If people would lay off of the junk food for a while and start being less picky in their diets, a lot of the obesity problems would be gone. A teacher at my school describes this with the quote, "This is not Burger King...You get it my way or you don't get it." There's no way around losing weight except by eating healthy and exercising. I'm not saying that eating at Burger King or Subway is bad, but eating there too much will add pounds to your waist line rather quickly and limit your tastes for home cooked meals.
