Will there ever be peace in the Middle East?

Just when I though peace could finally happen between the Palestinians and Israelis, another situation takes place. Hamas militants on Monday claimed responsibility for an attack on an Israeli citizen. I thought after Hamas and Fatah came to an agreement that thing would go smoothely from that point on, guess again. Hamas still refuses to recognized Israel and apparently. If you want to read more click here. I wonder will  there ever come a time when peace can take place between Palestinians and Israelis. Both are human beings. Both bleed when cut. Both need food and water to survive. Both depend on money. Both believe in a religion. I said all that to say why are they focusing on there differences, rather than their similarities? Hamas, if it really cared about the future of Palestinians would try to acknowledge Israel and make peace with it. What does all the bickering solve? Exactly, nothing. While Hamas continues doing what it does, countries will continue cutting funding to the Palestinian people. People are starving and living in filth, along with poverty. Peace must occur. I really want it to occur because I am tired of the bloodshed. They must learn to coexist. What do you think about this issue? I want to learn what your thoughts are and what you think about the future of the Middle East? If you want to read or comment on anything else I have done click here.

When you stick a bunch of people together that have hated each other since the dawn of time, it is unlikely they will get along.

Is that right or wrong? Couldn't tell you.
But that is the problem we are faced with.

Hail The PitGodess!

There was relative peace in the Middle East for centuries under the caliphate, and then under Mongol rule. It was the center of the world's economy and was first in the world in science. At that time, Europe was a religious-and-ethnic mess. There has always been trouble somewhere, but it hasn't always been in the Middle East.
