--In my English class we are given a list of questions that are to make you really think. One of the questions that boggled my mind was: Is it Possible for a stupid person to act wisely? My response:

Just because someone is not educated or as educated doesn't mean that they do not have morals. I personally dont think I'm "smart" but I do as much charity and volunteer work as possible, which would be acting wisely. For this question however who is drawing the line of what makes a stupid person or to determine that point at which a person is acting wisely. Just because a person is educated doesn't always make them smart. A business man that is addicted to alcohol is more stupid than a teenager who refuses to have sex. Although the teenager does not have as much education she is clearly making the smarter of choices.

There are always things that we do as mistakes or things we do wrong but we learn from them. When you learn from your mistakes that makes you smarter. How many mistakes would you have to wrong and right again before you weren't considered a stupid person anymore.

--What do you all think? I love it when the teachers try to mess with your head. The key to the exercise was to write exactly anything that was coming to your mind to show you the way you mind is and thats another reason why we are supposed to proofread as well lol when you get the paper back and re-read it.

Depends how you define 'stupidity'. Do you define it as lack of common sense, or as lack of intelligence?
