I know I have said some opposing things about our justice system. So I have decided to mention something that our justice system has taken care of. Orange County’s Sheriff has recently resigned due to the many cases filed against him concerning bribery and many conspiracies.
The FBI has a case the ex-sheriff and it is growing almost hilarious because it is amazing that the Sheriff thought he could get away with so much dirty dealings and actually did get away with them for so long. He was such an outstanding citizen with a great reputation in the OC area. And the whole time he had that amazing reputation the FBI referred to him as “America’s Dirtiest Sheriff.” Isn’t that typical of America’s law system: one of the most revered Sheriffs is also considered the nastiest?
Here is an example of most of the kind of dealing the Sheriff was doing. His crusty companion had “illegally funded the Sheriff’s 1999 ascension to Orange County’s top-cop spot in exchange for the an assistant sheriff’s badge.” The sheriff had acceted an envelope of cash that friend’s kitchen just days after his friend’s son had been arrested for “videotaping his participation in the gang rape of and unconscious young girl.” That is just disgusting. Those are just two out of the many nasty people our so-called amazing sheriff had been seen dealing with.
The FBI is saying that the Sheriff had “corrupted the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in a hunt for more than $700,000 in bribes and gifts for himself, his wife, and his top mistress.
I’m so glad that he is out of our Justice System now!
