Why Chris Crocker is being sued

By Ryan Pierce

I have just obtained an article from TMZ explaining why Chris Crocker is being sued:

Onch Movement Jewelry is suing Britney's #1 fan, Chris Crocker, for fraud and breach of contract! Leave Chrissy alone! TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by Onch, which alleges that Crocker failed to meet his obligations with regard to promoting their jewelry line. In exchange for a round trip airline ticket to L.A., Onch claims Crocker agreed to exclusively wear their jewelry, do two days of press for their line -- including an in-studio photo shoot -- and attend the "Just Britney" art show.

Onch claims they suffered lost profits and their "business reputation in the media has been greatly damaged." Um, hiring Chris Crocker is not exactly the best way to make a good impression! Onch believes they are owed in excess of $1 million in damages. Good luck with that!

I personally hope that Chris can get through this and i would like to thank my reader's for their response to my blog!

the irony is that britney got into trouble for failing to promote pepsi lol

Huh? They can do that? Oh Gosh, I hope Chris wins. It's a shame that every time something happens, they sue each other. What ever happened to just talking things out??

I'd suggest you rewrite the article in your own words. Someone from A-Team might ask you to delete it since it can be considered as plagiarism by copy-and-paste the whole article into the blog.

I'm just using it as a reference to update my other blog about this. it's not considered plagiarism if you are using it as a reference to better your own blog (i suggest touching up on plagiarism laws) Plagiarism is taking someone else's work and claiming it as your own. I did not do that!
