Poker Stars

    Alright so i have not been able to resist the free online poker places. My significant other watches poker on tv all the time and now he has about a dozen online poker places downloaded onto his computer. He has not paid for any of these, but he is now at the point "Maybe i could just try paying for it once and see what happens."
    I am against this, i am already frightened that he is addicted to it. It probably doesn't help that i ask him to come online and play with me. I like to play for about 30 minutes and then i lose interest and do stupid stuff. Today was the first time i played a full game and that took about 2 hrs. "What a waste of time." I said to myself as i was number one. What did i get for it? A thousand fake tokens...waply doo!!
    So what are all these online poker places doing for people? Just giving them something to do, or creating addictions? I don't see the free stuff as being totally horrible, but i do believe it leads to wanting more. Why not hit the casinos, but i suppose it is easier to lose $200 in 30 minutes online.
