Time management. How can i do it?? its such a perpetual thing, so difficult, so easy to think you're not doing enough.
For example, this blog. I could be jumping jacks to get more fit, or stretching, or just BREATHING for gods sake, or applying for some other scholarship. I'm not even guaranteed any money for school next year by doing this.
three minutes.. seven minutes... twelve minutes... in which I could be doing so many things. I'm sitting her, peering into a screen which might bring me some salvation. One has hope.
wow/ I am tired. Just gt back to my single tiny ass room..my mind is a complete wash. Four hours of sleep after dancing as a job. I got up at eight a.m. and just zoned out until twelve, which felt terrible.
Time management was actually on my mind the whole time, and i just was so turned off by it, i kept zoning out. I did jump rope in the hallway for a bit, and some other random small things, but overall...time better spent sleeping?
But who thinks so? If you wake at twelve and think you could've been doing something else in those four hours, then you didn't enjoy that sleep and it WAS time wasted, essentially.
You see the quandary position? This is a simple example of a mood: Never comfortable or (in extreme cases simply not feeling satisfaction ever)
I just want to get things done and breathe and be relatively happy. I feel like im constantly letting soething down, or not doing enough, or letting deadlines, dead line. Two people have been asking me for clothes I've been altering for them. And I just put it off becaue i have so much to dooooo.
I don't want to moan on about this but it's a serious perception depressor... anyone have tips on time management?
I have so much more of actual substance and interesting info to SHARE, but I feel like I don't have the time to write it out!!

Just a few key points.
-Make lists. Decide (reasonably) what you can get done and approx. how much time it will take to accomplish. It's super important to schedule in breaks and make sure you can actually finish what you've started.
-Get a large calendar for your wall (if possible, those are the best) otherwise buy a smaller one or even create one. Write down all due dates, goals, work and personal items. Use different colors, I suggest the following categories: School (if applicable), Work, Personal, and Other. You can trly visualize what needs to get done if it's on your calendar as a constant reminder.
- Check items off the list or calendar as you accomplish them.
- Reward yourself, (not with food though, that's a major mistake) Maybe with a phone call to a friend or family member or a tv show.
-Multi-task. Lift weights while you talk on the phone, do calf raises while making dinner. If you can't concentrate on one item at a time, alternate between two or maybe three (Never any more otherwise you'll be completely overwhelmed and most likely won't finish any of them)
-Finally, start right away. You'll accomplish more if you begin the day in a purposeful manner. And you'll feel better about yourself, too! Just sit down and do it.
Hope these help, let me know what you think! (I know it's definitely easier said than done)
