I think today was the best day of my life and its all because i woke up in a good mood. I think thats the cure for everything. Think about it if you wake up in a terrrible mood your going to have a horrible day. i cleaned my room and my car...worked out and tanned...thats alot of endorphins being released all over the place. I even ate ice cream and didnt feel bad. I think my luck is changing for the better. Everyone should try this when you wake up in the morning just be in a positive mood of course your bound to have bad days here and there, but i think if we try to think more positive life will be more positive~ Here's an article with some secrets to living well http://www.cnn.com/2006/HEALTH/04/24/email.living.well/index.html ~~~
Good Mood = Good News

By Emily Hansen - Posted on April 22nd, 2007

Hi
I've noticed that you've been posting a number of things in the past few days. Most of your blogs are quite short, with no support or anything "progressive" involved - this one, for example, is all about you having a good day. I suggest that you think more carefully about what you post and write about things that are interesting for others to read.
have been simple yes
but who says that they have to be about anything
my blogs all different
some about abortion
som about the presedential election
and lately some about my mood of things
you are rude
dont comment on anything of mine anymore cause
i dont care what you think
ill post what i want
a blog is somebodys opinion
so im righting my blog on my opinions of things
like my "death of fluffy" blog is about animal rights
this blog was about moods and how to improve them
maybe i dont go right and say it but you can find relevant
opinions and current events in everyone of my blogs
and im sick and tired of people being so GOD dang negative
its seriously sickening.

are you to decide whats "progressive" cause this is right from the FAQ
"Tell people about your personal experiences in your posts -- why are these issues important to you? It's great to have facts and figures, but a blog posting doesn't have to be as formal and impersonal as a term paper. In fact, people often appreciate personal stories even more than dry facts.
When you can, tie your post in with current news, books, movies, or quotes from celebrities or public figures. People are searching for things that are hot topics of the day, and if your post mentions something that is hot, people may find it through search engines.
Do informal interviews and quote people in your posts, or grab quotes from events that you attended, or stories you heard or saw on the radio, TV, internet, or other media.
Use the image post function to upload photographs. Photos grab people's attention, and help tell more of the story.
Look at other posts for ideas -- you'll see that there are all kinds of styles and topics, and you don't need to conform to a particular format to post to a blog.
You don't need to say everything that you have on your mind in one post. Break things down into easy chunks, and then use links in your posts to refer to other posts or photos that you have previously written."
I especially like the last part that sasy you dont have to conform or break things down and use links. like i did!
I seriously don't think he/she was trying to be mean. I guess constructive criticism would be more fitting maybe? :)
