Heath Ledger's sudden passing has struck us all with great pain and sorrow. However, it seems as though shows like "Entertainment Tonight" really only care about one thing: Ratings. During their telling of his death a reporter stated "...and it brought over 1 million hits to ETonline.com"...wow, you really know how to throw ratings in at a good time. Can they not grieve without having to brag about their show?
This blog will be short and to the point: Even though I don't agree with everything all the celebrities do, give them some privacy. Although Britney Spears does things that are appalling, it is not necessary to analyze every single detail of her life, or Lindsay's, or Heath's, or anyones'. I doubt that you, the reporters, would like that if we did that to you.
So RIP Heath Ledger, Suzanne Pleshette, and Allan Melvin, all who have passed away within the last week. You all will be missed, and your work will never be forgotten.
