Roe v. Wade....

The central holding of Roe v. Wade was that abortions are acceptable for any reason a woman chooses, up until the point at which the fetus becomes ‘viable,’ or, potentially able to live outside the mother's womb, even if with artificial aid. Viability is usually placed at about seven months (28 weeks), or even earlier at 24 weeks. In 2003 President Bush signed into law a federal ban on late term abortions. This was called the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act but partial-birth isn’t a word recognized in the medical world. The problem with his ban is that it doesn’t have any exceptions; this can potentially lead to many troubles when abortions are necessary for medical reasons.
Today six states already have laws that if Roe v. Wade was not in place would ban access to abortions altogether. Those states include Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota and South Dakota. On the other hand, there are other states that have passed laws to keep the legality of abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned, and those states include California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Nevada and Washington.
If there’s a will, there’s always a way. Pro-choice supporters emphasize their beliefs that having a child is a personal choice that affects a woman's body and personal health. They believe that both parents' and children's lives are better when the government allows women to have abortions, which will prevent women from going to desperate lengths to obtain illegal abortions, while at the same time assuring that a larger percentage of children born are wanted by their parents.
If all Americans and our elected government actually followed the Constitution, and if we were to listen to the Preamble we would remember that we are striving to, “promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity…” How can we deny every woman having a choice in their pregnancy promoting the general welfare of wellbeing of our country?

I am a 100% pro-choice guy, but I don't see the problem with not allowing abortions after 7 months... That's pretty late. I agree with you that there should be exceptions for when it could affect the mother's health, and there are. I don't know really what you are arguing since abortions are legal, and probably always will be.

they argue that after or during the 24-28 that the fetus losses its tail and starts to look human. therefore it be considered killing a human, which is murder.

people think that its ok to kill the thing thats inside of you, but its wrong. women should be more cautious and not be damn idiots when it comes to sex. if they get it pregnant, deal with it. if there is a medical condition, this is the only time an abortion should be allowed.
you said having a child is a personal choice, you dont want a child, dont have sex. you want one, then have sex. plain and simple. in the end it always comes down to the irresponsiblity of the mother and father. its their fault.
