Ok I was taught in U.S. History class that if another country sets fire to a U.S. embassy that it meant WAR!! Well Russia set fire to one in Belgrade, Serbia. This happened Thursday night, they were protesting against Western support for an independent Kosovo. At least 150,000 people rallied in Belgrade waving Serbian flags and had signs saying “Stop USA terror.” Here is an excerpt form The Post Star
“Protesters burned American flags and the mob that attacked the embassy tore down the U.S. flag there. Crowds also ransacked a McDonald’s, looted stores and fought with police in front of other diplomatic compounds in a display of the resentment seething in Serbia over the secessions of what has been its southernmost province. A charred body was found in the U.S. embassy after the fire was put out, but all the staff were accounted for, embassy spokes-woman Rian Harris said ….. Serbian officials DISMISSED violence earlier in the week as “INSIGNIFICANT” and no police were guarding the U.S. Embassy compound EVEN THOUGH it had been targeted previously.”
WHAT THE HECK!!!! It’s like saying “I was gona use a condom but I felt it was INSIGNIFICANT.” Jeeper’s creepers THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFOR!! November 4, 1979. LOOK IT UP!!!

1) Russians do not live in Serbia - Serbs do (as well as Albanians, Slavs. et al.)
2) This was an act by protestors, not by a government. We did not declare war on Saudi Arabia after the 9/11 attacks just because Osama was a Saud.
3) On November 4th, Iranian militants took embassy workers hostage. They did not damage the building significantly. In addition, we did not declare war on them because of it.

Serbia hasn't been a part of Russia for a decade. This was the work of Serbian nationalists, not Russians.
