As you can see from my previous post, the Founding Fathers had nothing in their minds toward religious hate. For an absolutely amazing example of this, just go ahead and take a look at the very first Amendment in the Bill of Rights:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Read that first part again, "no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof". This means that religion gets no special treatment; no matter WHICH religion. It does not get to be placed above others. It will not be restricted either!
To say that the founding fathers would agree with their reasoning would be ridiculous. One of the main reasons that the pilgrims came to the Americas was to have religious freedom. Freedom, not restriction.
And now we will move on to....
Incorrect logic point #2: They would have been allowed to stay.
One of the interesting things about people like this is their mind's ability to exaggerate their freedoms. We live in a "free" country, yes. But the fact is, there are certain places in which it is against the law to do certain things. You have the right to carry arms, but that doesn't mean you can go into the White House carrying twenty shotguns on your back. You have freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean that in the middle of a court session you can splurt out a string of curse words for your own amusement .
Here is a general rule: if you are doing something against the rules, you are most likely going to get kicked out. :P
