Yesterday I scheduled my classes for next semester. When I first came to college I had all these dreams of graduating early and getting started with my life. I stopped wanting that. First of all, I have to go to grad school since it's entry level for my career path.
I didn't get some of the classes I needed/wanted as to be expected, I'm only a sophmore. I was looking for more classes to fill up my 15 credits until I can pink slip into the classes I actually need.
The last time I was home my parents made so much fun of me because if I could I would take every class this university offers. I want to major in history, education, psychology, speech pathology (which is my major) and sociology and all these really fun interesting things. I could be a life long student. I wish I could afford all the years of schooling I would need for that.
Life long learning. I guess we always are learning new things everyday, whether you learn it from a proffesor with a Ph. D in the subject or have a true experience with it, I suppose it's the same thing.
Am I really the only loser who wants to take every class out there?

No way! I love to learn as well and would love to be a full time student, it is what I am good at! It is def. difficult to choose just one major, but choose what you love and stick with it!
No, I love to learn as well! If I could just learn the rest of my life, I'd be happy. I haven't been certain of a major because of it though.
Yes, I would like to learn new things except if it has something to do with mathermatics because I'm horrible in that subject.
The great thing is that we are all lifelong students. Like you said, we are always learning something new if we just keep our minds open and our paths limitless. But I do know exactly what you mean. Call me a nerd, but I love taking all kinds of classes even if they don't always apply to my major! I want to know a little about everything....except math. If I never learned another thing about math, i would be perfectly ok with that. lol...
