I am dropping out of the contest. I have just gotten word that my next school year is paid for already. I really haven't been keeping up with the blogging anyway. I wish luck to everyone who is here for the scholarship. I might be back, but I am not sure. I really do not have time to blog anymore.
I got up to over 3000 points, not including reads. but that would add at least 5000 points. I also entered the extra contests on the side, but I do not know the amount for those.

I'm not sure if you're supposed to announce to everyone that you're quitting...I wish you'd stick around and read other people's blogs anyway even if you don't write. Not only is this website about getting the scholarship. Just because you give up on the contest, that doesn't mean you have to give up Progressive U altogether.

What she said. If everyone who was here was only here for the scholarship, we would be seriously lacking on some discussion. Some of our most active members are not eligible for the scholarship for one reason or another.
