Guantanamo Bay Prosecutor Resigning

Guantanamo Bay Prosecutor Resigning
Morris Davis is resigning as chief Guantanamo Bay prosecutor. Which is a place he has held for the past two years. He decided to quit after a long battle with the supreme court. Davis wanted to bring terrorist suspects to trial in military commissions. The commissions were supposed to help the Bush administration win convictions against 9/11 suspects by lowering standards of evidence. Davis wanted to try 80- out of 330 Guantanamo Bay prisoners. Only one person has been convicted in the six years the commission has been around. It sounds as if Davis only wanted to just convict more people. Though it sounds like it's hard to get a conviction in the military commission with only one in six years. I would need more information before I'd make a decision as to whose side I'd be on.
