My Summary:
The Jena 6 are/were 6 black students of Jena High School in Louisiana. Who were arrested in December after beating a white guy unconscious. Under Louisiana law 4 of the 6 were 17 at the time making them adults. Mychal Bell was just released on a $45,000 bail. He was 16 at the date of the crime. He will not be tried as an adult. However he had a previous crime record. I think that the 4 who were 17 at the time should be tried as adults since it's Louisiana's Law. It's only fair. Bell should have to do time in juvy then I believe. Because he was apart of the crime and shouldn't be able to just get off the hook.
