Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Freaky Friday, Dukes of Hazzard, Charlie’s Angels, how the Grinch stole Christmas all have been either remade or made into movies from t.v. shows. Some of them turn alright, but more of them end up being a disappointment. There are so many people, that make a crazy amount of money that should be able to come up with good ideas.
The movies are getting worse and worse. There is nothing to see in the theatre’s and when there is something that looks decent, it costs 10 dollars to see it.
I’d take a classic from blockbuster any day.
I was so pleased a couple of years ago when Tom Hanks starred in Spielberg's The Terminal.
Now THAT was an original story!
