One of the greatest things you can do in life is to teach something truthful and useful to someone. Sunday masses are very special. I was lucky enough to take Physiology courses at Mercy Hospital were they gave masses numerous times a day. The atmosphere was sublime. There is a book filled with prayers and petitions open to all. When I was filled with blessings, I couldn't ask for more, but there was always a prayer that I could give for the ill patients.
In the lobby, the breakfasts at the Carreta Cafe are to die for: a hot Swiss cheese and Spanish chorrizo in a croissant, accompanied by a cup of coffee with milk. What a rich Sunday delight! After that important breakfast, I was 200% ready for class. The first day of class Our professor, Dr. Robert Olton gave us chemistry to start. After taking three semesters of chemistry, it couldn't be more rewarding to start a course with a refresher. Chemistry for life is like pixels for images: it's what life is made of.
About 96% of the human body is made up of 4 elements: Oxygen, Carbon, Hydrogen and Nitrogen. (It's very easy to remember the symbol of each of these chemical elements because it's their letter initial. By the way, all named symbols start with at least one capital letter.) Memorize a phrase like: "My body is an OCHN." The next thing to do is to count the four and think them out: O = Oxygen, C = Carbon, H = Hydrogen and N = Nitrogen.
