I am so excited because I adopted a soldier and I think its only approprate because this past weekend being memorial day, which is honoring our soldiers that our fighting for our freedom and our rights for years. I have always wanted to bring smiles to a soldiers face when they see that I did something as simple as writing a short one page letter to them a month. it warms my heart just knowing that I made a difference in someone's life other than mine and my family's. i have always wanted to send letters overseas and I cant wait until i get a letter back from my soldier.

how do you adopt a soldier? i want one!! ^_^
If you want to go to adopt a soldier you can go to www.mysoldier.com and register. you have to wait about a week to get an address of a contact point and then you write your first letter to that addy they give you in your email. then in a few weeks i am assuming a soldier will get back to you or so I am hoping. I just wrote my letter and sent it out on tuesday.
