Is it just me or are the presidental canadites worst they have been in the hisory of the United States. You have McCain who might as well be democrate and not a republican. He is pretty much a liberal democratic with a little button saying I am a republican and conserative. Plus he and Huckabee got the best canadate out and that is Romney. They made sure that the conserative votes were spilt so much that Romney didn't have half a chance. Then there is Huckabee who should just drop out and keep his racial ideas to himself. I mean he getting so few delegates it is almost embarrssing. Then there is Obama who seems okay but has little to no experience but is the only hope we seem to have. He seems to be a lot nicer and he is fighting and beating Hilary. Then there is Clinton *shutter* she is the scariest of them all. She is making promises that she knows she can't keep but she wants all that power. Also imagaine Bill Clinton with that kind of power again and he has not as much to do before. Can you see it now Bill having another affair. That won't look too good on America's image of decaying marriages and broken families. That is what I think and I hope to hear from people soon!

Hillary can rock it if shw wants to...and she does! She is so powerful and forceful it seems, i really dont think that she will make promises that she won't keep.
Obama seems to be hopeful, but here is where I think that we might find unkept promises.

Worst ever, hardly, 2 of the 3 still in it could run this country all right. You silly republican... Mccains not as narrow minded as you dreamed, and your all promises faith cards have been shuffled out of the deck, deal with it. I advise you just don't vote, cause I'm sure its not headed anywhere good. :( my blood sucking republican got elimnated, not my religioust sect can't continue to kill innocent ppl for money and my insecurities and inefficiency in the human race. Head up 7 up, open your eyes now, you don't need to live blindly, stop listening to your peer/parents, find a cooler enlightened group and sit by them (as the smokes in the air) and listen.. rationallity its like fresh air... relax cut the bs and try to enjoy life as a human, not for some reason or being you're unsure about.

For the first time, I feel like I will be voting (hopefully in the presidential election but definitely in the primaries) for the best candidate and not the lessor of evils. Obama makes me feel hopeful. Clinton lost me when she started running negative campaign adds against him. She just seems so desperate.
I don't understand how so many kids are republican. The same kids worried about money for education are backing the party that gives welfare (huge tax "incentives") to the corporations and breaks for the rich. And less government? The people who want a national ban on gay marriages, abortion, etc, are for LESS government?
I don't think McCain's too bad, except for the fact that he wants to keep this war in Iraq going and going and going....

You know, I'm pretty sure the 2004 elections were considered worse. Then u had Kerry and Bush. Think about it. Bush was one of the more unpopular presidents duringa first term. And yet he still managed to win.
The Dems screwed up and didn't try to pull an Andrew Jackson so Bush couldn't stay in office.
But i have to say each candidate has been severely flawed. There were some minor candidates such as Richardson and Dodd who in any other year could have caught fire. But it as to do with the fact taht each candidate has been flawed. Romney came off as too polished, a little weird and maybe a bit unlikable. He's also Mormon, which is a big problem to most Christians who consider Mormonism a cult. Its hard to relate to somebody like that.
The way presidential elections have become, not too many people have the resources and the willpower to be president. Those who do run are usually indebted to some sort of interest groups that may involve comprimising some positions
The only reason Bush stayed in office was because of his fear tactics (isn't that a definition of terrorism?). He convinced enough people that we can't change presidents in the middle of war against terror. (as illegal as his Iraq war was, but he made people forget that part apparently) Not to mention, we had a Republican Congress at that time backing Bush. All the money their backers were making off the war was good business.
Add in the outdated system we use to elect a president, and we got Bush twice.

How is Obama inexperienced?
I just hear people repeat that without any factual basis behind it. Obama has had 11 years in elected office, which is 3 years longer than Hillary. And besides, the president uses experts to make decisions. I have to trust my president to appoint the right people and advisors- not like Bush, who has surrounded himself with yes-men.
Nothing worse than a powerful putz with yes-men..
