Ok now this really adjutants me, Social security!!! I work really hard to have half my paycheck go to some old person who retired early just for the money. IT'S MY MONEY, well i can be a little selfish!! I mean seariously!!! all they do is mooch off economy! If i cant do that than niether can they. i work hard come home get a check and half of it is going to god knows what company!! they could put a randome thing on there and no-one will take to looks on it, i know i wouldn't

D.Teen-Man’s 3% goes to his parents (he earned it, not some bum)

what's worse, is some illegal immigrant, who stole someone's social security [or something to cheat off the system] getting your social security money. it's messed up.

Um, most of your tax money DOESN'T go to "bums". It goes to the government's pocket or to fund things like war.
Plenty of those "bums" are on the street because they have no choice. No one would choose to live on the street, they do it because their circumstances force them to.
So you think they shouldn't get aid? Do you think some random "bum" deserves to be denied shelter and left to die outside from hypothermia? What if the "bum" is a seventeen-year-old girl who left home because she was being sexually abused, who dreams of someday going to college and becoming a doctor, who loves drawing comics and reading poetry? What if the "bum" is a forty-year-old man who until a year ago was a perfectly normal guy with a wife and two kids, who is now on the street because he became schizophrenic and cannot recognize his family and friends or hold a job? Yeah, they totally are "bums" "stealing" your money.
Start blaming the people who actually deserve your blame. The Iraq war took far more of your check than the "bums" did.
And I'll add another point to your argument, Kiota. The Social Security checks have to be sent somewhere. Many homeless people fall off the grid and don't collect a dime, especially those on the run from an abuser, or those with mental illness.
