I review books. Everyone here knows that. I use the reviews as part of promotions of my books. I reviewed a book called The Art of Meditation. This book covers what you think it would. It shows techniques which shows how it can increase creti8vity as well as relaxtion of both the mind and body. The book recommends that we meditate daily.
The book mentions other benefits of meditation. I think this book is worth checking out. I think we could in our hectic college years could use a time to relax. We have to find our way though the chaos of our lives to focus and ease our trouble minds.
The book mentions that we have hidden talents and powers that can be uncovered by meditation. I think this book will enlighten your life. The book says that even problem solving skills are improved through meditation. I agree with the book that we have an inner voice. This book is great and I am only halfway through the book. It is enlightning. I love it.
