I Want an Award - for surviving the worst office politics and games pulled on a single mom ever.

I feel like I'm getting better at doing less whining and crying about my situation and starting to fight back. The thing about all that paperwork you sign in the beginning folks... the stuff your government created for you to protect you from workplace harassment, sexual harassment and what-not...your right to privacy. It's all bullshit.
Realistically, when it comes down to it...if you use their system and do what they tell you to, for example...if a coworker is calling you obscene names and making sexual jokes, please let HR or your supervisor know...
Realistically, you will be marked as a troublemaker, there will be monitoring of your person and all your work habits. You will be put on trial and regarded as a liar until there is absolute proof...which there may be if you are a woman and there is another woman willing to speak up for you. If it's a man and he thinks you are a liar...because blondes have lied to him before...then you will be shortly in order for a month or so of constant write-ups that make very little sense to you. Your coworkers will likely not speak to you because they know you are on the hotlist, so technically, you are already out the door and it's not their problem anyway...
The people in my life have told me that "it's just a job."
So what happens when it's one, two and three jobs???
White girls.
Do yourself a favor if you want to or need to have a job like everybody else does to pay their bills.
Don't have sex or children with black men.
The U.S. is still way too racist, sexist and backwards. Barack and Hillary give me hope...especially Barack.
I am so confused because I don't understand how so many people can be so pro-Barack in this country and at the same time behave in such backwards ways in the work place.
Leave his momma alone damn it.
There are a hell of alot more white women with biracial children in this country than me.
The next president is the most remarkable example.
Can you just let me work without lying about me, prying about me, and trying to make me cry all the time?
These office politics are bullshit. Aren't we all in it to make money and feed our kids if we have them? I don't start stuff, why do you?
Because the system has failed me over and over and over again...and in fact has proactively worked to make my life a living hell. I am no longer feeling as nice as I used to be. You should be weary of someone as smart as I am despite my curves and light colored hair.

After reading this post, i'm a little alarmed at the tone it takes. It comes across as if you're advising people not to report workplace harassment. What exactly does that solve?

“What is insanity, anyway? Is it when you scream and everyone else whispers, or is it when you fight for what's right, even when everyone else thinks your wrong?” Ethergoth

I would never advise anyone to be quiet about abuse of any kind.
I am angry...because I have followed the rules and experienced what I am describing again and again...in different companies, that have no connection to eachother.
Is there some book somebody wrote about how to get rid of an employee or coworker you don't want them working there anymore? Is it somewhere here on the internet?
I'd like people, especially those protected by law (women, minorities, etc.) to be aware of what may happen. It's a way to get around the law. They want you to quit so they don't have to pay your unemployment. They want you gone because you are part of a problem or dispute whether you caused it or not. If they can get you to leave, then they won't have to follow through on an investigation of the person who caused it (who they want or need there for whatever reason at the company...perceived importance...money?) They get to keep their good ol' boy or good ol' girl.
It sucks...
Just another change that needs to be made...laws to protect, some kind of forced enforcement of harassment policies outside of the companies, like mediation of somekind. There needs to be a fair process. Progress.
