Remember the movie lines that say "Take today and live for it, don't wait until tomorrow for what might come."? Its funny how that never comes true.
I'm a typical teenage girl who fell for a guy who wasn't worth falling for, and at the same time, he was. Being a Junior in High School I'm searching for the guy that can sweep me off my feet, the guy that in the movies makes a girl go crazy. I have tried for so long to keep guys as my friends, and as nothing more, while at the same time trying to put them in the space of a boyfriend. I've only fallen for one of my good friends one time, and I would do it again in a heartbeat, no matter what I say.
Have you ever felt that you know you shouldn't do what you want to do?
I want so badly to keep from going out with the guy that broke my heart the first time, and yet I would so much rather go out with him than try and keep him at a distance. He is that guy that sweeps you off your feet when you don't want him too and yet he is also the guy that makes you smile when you don't remember how.
Has any girl ever felt like that? Felt that you have a guy who is amazing and yet he is too far to reach? Or Have you ever not been sure about whether you should keep a friend close or far?
These things are all so difficult for a teenage girl.
