Men's health magazine had an article on America's worst, and best drivers.The survey used information from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Allstate Insurance and the Governors Highway Safety Association. The ranking was out of 100 cities. For the best drivers visit Des Moines, Iowa. The list after Iowa is Jersey City, New Jersey; New York City; Yonkers, New York, and San Francisco. The worst drivers can be found in Columbia, South Carolina,leads the list, followed by St. Louis; Greensboro, North Carolina; Jackson, Mississippi, and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
The factors used to judge rankings were: the total number of fatal accidents and fatal crashes caused by speeding.
I could not find the full list, but i do know in Indiana drivers are pretty safe, but then we also have the idiots.

haha not to bash your list, but i think that perhaps the reason for NYC and San Fran for being so safe is because its too crowded TOO speed...hehe just a thought, but it was interesting none the less.
