I am new on this Progressive U blogging thing.
I've blogged before, but this is different.
I just want to share with you Muffitt Hall.
I love Spring Arbor University, don't get me wrong, but Muffitt hall; the building in which i reside is one of the oldest buildings on campus. I live on the first floor. Not only does Muffitt have a particular smell, but the good days are when the toilets aren't working, and the shower handle falls off. We just recently had our sinks fixed, so their water pressure isn't greater than that in the shower.
Sometimes I feel jipped from living in Muffitt because not only are the rooms smaller than any other hall on campus, but the bathroom just really disgusts me. Some people might not think its so bad, but the camp I go to every summer requires you to wear flip flops while taking a shower, needless to say, i wear flip flops every day, even in the winter.
The only real advantage to living in Muffitt is the heat. It is wonderful to step into this 80*F building when the wind shield is -20* out. The blast of warm air that pelts your face upon entry is warm enough to make you take your coat of instantly. Our closets are pretty awesome too, at least we can put up curtains, and hide our stuff, in which the other buildings you cant really.
Well enough chit chat. Time to do some ceaseless homework.
