How much does everyone love Obama? Apparently a lot, as he even gets applause when he blows his nose. When I see this, I’m torn between thinking that people will clap for anything related to Obama, and thinking that he’s just so popular that people get excited in any interaction around him. If the case is the former, that really makes me question his support, as he may as well be saying something without any substance or merit, and still get buckets of support. Hopefully the case is the latter, as that just means that Obama is amazing! We all remember the Obama girl, right? Maybe we all have a little crush on Obama at this point… No matter how you spin it, our country really is in an Obama frenzy, and the question we need to ask ourselves is whether this frenzy is due to our admiration for Obama’s ideas or our awe in his way with words, or hopefully not, the fact that he is a black presidential candidate. I am not sure how well this video clip is going to go through, so I included a link to the youtube of this video. What do you think?

I understand what you're saying and I am amazed at how personable he is. I don't know if I agree with EVERYTHING he says, but I must say I can't help but like the guy. A lot of people I know feel the same way. There is just something about him that draws people in. Not only the way he speaks, but his overall presence in general. And it is definately NOT because he is black. But I do hope that people who support him will vote based on his principles and not on the fact that he is very likable.
