Paris Hilton has Privacy?

According to thesmokinggun.com, "Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit over a $2.49 Hallmark greeting card that uses a photo of the heiress and her trademarked phrase 'That's Hot...'"

Holy sweet mother of Jesus, what in the hell?  She's suing for "...at least $500,000 in actual damages..." because they used her likeness.

"...Hilton alleges that Hallmark has, among other transgressions, misappropriated her image and invaded her privacy with the card..."

The card can be viewed on their website here.  Now I don't like the card, I don't think it's funny.  (Although the last picture in that set made me chuckle a bit...)  She's claiming it invaded her privacy.  Now, that's a huge laugh right there.

But really, what's the big idea?  The card's not obscene, it's not making fun of her character.  It has her face on it.  What she's really pissed off about is it has her face on it and she's not getting any of the proceeds because she knows it'll sell well.

....No, not even that.  It's not Paris Hilton who's pissed off.  She's not that self-aware!  She doesn't buy Hallmark.  Wal-Mart sells Hallmark (but of course Hilton doesn't know that cause of course, they, like, sell walls there).

Someone's telling her "You need to be pissed about this, get out there and sue and get even more money than you have because if they're going to use your face, damnit, you should get paid!"

"I'll do it, like, right after my mani-pedi."
