Ok, so i'm a fifteen year old female, the oldest of four, which means i have three younger sisters. There is a four years difference between each of us (except the last two, there's a five year difference for them [care to do the math?]) and an insane life for the whole family. I'm breaking my head over what i will do to pay for a further education. Stress is spilling over from my cup of tolerance and i'm trying my best to stay sane.
I'm currently a Junior at Pajaro Valley High school which is also relatively new, our campus has only been around for three years. My classes are as follows:
1. AP Spanish Literature
2.AP History
3.Algebra II (ask why i'm not taking pre-cal, you'll get an interesting story)
4.Chemistry (Honors)
5.AP English
6.Art, Draw/Paint.
Now i know that i'm not the only one out there with that many APs but i think that to some extent i have the right to complain about my lack of time and need for relaxation. That doesn't mean in any way that i will let go of all of my responsibilities, but i think i am entitled to some forgiveness aren't i?
Besides my schoolwork -which takes up most of my time- i also do other activities at school which include Link Crew, Fashion Club, Metamorphosis (*club), Club Latino, Peer Mentors, EAOP and last but certainly not least (*can i get a drumroll?).....

well i think that's enough about me for the time, so here's what i'd originally written before the site told me my blog was "too short":
FastWeb told me i could get some kind of grant from this website to pay for college. That's me, over-achiever!
Anyway, is anybody else brand spankin' new to this website?
I have questions like:
how do i know if i'm even entered in the contest?
what if i forgot to check the little box that asks me if i want to be in it?
is there a certain topic i necessarily have to stay on and blog about in this page, or can i blog about anything and everything?
Will anyone be kind enough to comment back or give me some kind signals that will tell me i'm even making some progress?
please help me get better acquainted with this site, who knows.. maybe we can be friends?

HOLLY CRAP!!!! OVER ACHIEVER!!!! sorry i had to say that.....its just at my school (Which is like nerd HQ) you are way overloaded in hell year. SO when you sign up there was a box and IDK what to do if you didn't check it. BUT if after you posted this it told you that you got points then you signed up. Also FASTWEB ROCKS! But there are news storys and topics of the week to think about and blog. Your ahead of the curve b/c most Juniors don't even think about college till later in the summer. SO the more you post your opnions and comment on other peoples blogs the more points you will get. Good Luck with school....Also if u need help with Chem im in AP so PM me.
All of the information you need can be found in the FAQ section of this site. And as for bloggin about anything--- no. People get pretty annoyed (myself included) when people blog about stupid stuff. Blog about things that are PROGRESSIVE (get it?), not just your daily life and random thoughts and stuff. Also, stay away from cliche topics like abortion and gay marriage.
