Borat dissapointed me.

I went to see Borat over the weekend and came out of the theater very dissapointed.  I had seen almost all of the funny parts of the movie before I even entered the theater.  I hate when movies do that, show everything in the previews so once you get there, you have seen the whole movie.

Personally I had very high expectations for Borat when I went to see it and that is probably why I was so dissapointed.  It was a good movie but I was expecting a great movie.

It seems like Borat should stick to half an hour shows, much of the movie seemed forced and unneeded.

There are so very scary ideas to take from the movie though.  For example if you have seen it, when Borat the Rodeo talking to the manager and the manager says that he needs to shave his mustache because it makes him look like a Muslim and goes on about that it really frigtened me to know that people still think like that.

I would still recomend going to see that movie, but I personally hoped for much more.

I'm always the last person to say that a movie is the "saddest" or "greatest," but I'm not kidding (seriously) when I say that I think Borat is the funniest movie I've ever seen in my life. But everyone perceives movies differently. During the rodeo seen, I wasn't surprised at all with what that man said. There ARE people who think that way in the US, and I was so happy that this prejudiced man was exposed in front of the whole of America, and THAT I found absolutely HILARIOUS! Borat makes us laugh at ourselves, whether we want to or not. And if at first we don't, we do later.

Personally I thought Jack Ass 2 was much funnier.

The movie was filled with plenty of Jackassesque humor, but its primary motive was satire (which is related but not identical to pure comedy).

It doesnt seem like my type of movie however I have seen the previews and It looks like a good flick. Its really sad when movies do that I remember seeing a movie
*cant remember which one* But i remember i was so angry when i came out becuase They didnt even show like half of the scenes that they previewed. I felt so jipped.
