The Bible in the news and media has been made out as some sort of secret code, but really if you read it, it is as simple as ABC and 123. It was written so that people could understand it. If God didnt want people to figure out what we should do then why would He have created it? Really, it is that simple. So I suggest that if you think it is complicated, then you should read it. Not only is it simple but it could change your life for the better if you believe.
I have been reading the Bible and I am a Christian. But just so you know I am not always a smart person. So take it from me...it is very easy. But it is like all books, you might have to study a little but it is worth the time and the reading. Do not be fooled by people who have never read it because they think it is complicated. Think for yourself. If you can read then the Bible is the perfect book to pick up and study. Not only does it have great history but it teaches you. Hopefully you will be inspired by it and will recieve Jesus. But that is not why I am typing this. I just want people to know that it is not a secret message or code.

I agree completely, people should be encouraged to read the Bible, it is the best to create new atheists.
Also, quite a bit of that Biblical history is contended. As well as those teachings of Christ.
