US Court Rejects CIA Kidnap Case
Khaled el-Masri a Lebanese-born German claims that on December 31, 2003 the United States' CIA abducted him. Taking him to Afghanistan for questioning. He then claims that the CIA finally released him five months in Albania without telling him what he had been held for. The Supreme Court tossed out his case for reasons of national security. Masri is an unemployed former car salesman and father of six. That sounds really bizarre to allegedly kidnap a person such as Masri. Maybe they (CIA) thought Masri for some odd reason was a link to a terrorist. Obviously the CIA had some sort of legitimate reason since the Supreme Court won't open the case.
