Amnesty given to people who illegally enter the United States is inevitable. It began in the 1980s when President Reagan first allowed amnesty to immigrants already in the U.S. So the immigrants got amnesty, but from then on, the United States was supposed to enforce stricter border control. The U.S. lagged it until recently when 7,000 feet of fence was put up to decrease immigration coming from the Latin countries.
The United States gives amnesty to immigrants today by letting them go to school and by giving them work that’s too hard for a U.S. citizen to endure physically and emotionally. Amnesty is good in helping America further develop as the #1 nation and for other countries to see that this country is humane. With amnesty, the United States lives up to its nickname as “the land of opportunity.”
Amnesty seems to be a fearful step forward to America. It pleases immigrants, but it angers and ruins some U.S. citizens. Since the 80s the fear that has developed in everyone’s’ mind is that soon there could be more criminals—carjackers in the 1980s and gangsters in the 2000s than harmless, everyday citizens. The U.S. wouldn’t let the fear continue, so now they’ve enforced laws to deport the law breakers causing havoc.
Amnesty serves and benefits those who honestly want to do something positive for themselves and their new country of inhabitance. There’s no way that in the future the United States would completely deny an immigrant who wants to help the U.S., so amnesty will continue.

Well, if they immigrated in order to find a better life, then that's what they will get. I agree with Amnesty, it is more or less fair considering that fact that these people are illegaly in the USA.
Although, there alot of US citizens who are simply rotting away and wasting benifits when they could quite easily do that same jobs as these people. Seems ironic in a way.
Amnesty with conditions is likely. Is the deportation of millions of undocumented people even practical? I don't think the "let's get them outta here" mongers have contemplated the actual resources and expense that it would take. Legalization would also get them to pay the taxes they supposedly haven't been paying but I guess that would make too much sense.

"by giving them work that’s too hard for a U.S. citizen to endure physically and emotionally." That's not really true at all...
I don’t agree with your statement “The United States gives amnesty to immigrants today by letting them go to school and by giving them work that’s too hard for a U.S. citizen to endure physically and emotionally.” I don’t think there is ANY job that you could give a U.S. person that you couldn’t give to anyone else. I don’t think it is fair of you to say that immigrants are better for “too hard” jobs than a U.S. citizen.
Another thing is that Amnesty is NOT good for this country. People need to think about the Legal Immigrants who work hard to get a green card or a visa to become a part of this country. While illegal immigrants do not do anything to be come a part of this country. They don’t even take the time to learn our langue. So then how could you say that THEY are GOOD for this country? Yes, this is the Land of Opportunity but it should only be for those who are willing to help this great land.
It is true that most crimes like illegal drug trafficing is brought into this country by illegal immigrants. If you must have immigrants in this country, then it should only be LEGAL immigrants. They have to go through many screenings and if they have anything that is undesirible about them, they are not allowed into the U.S.
Amnesty is the worst thing for this country for it rewards the illegal immigrants for breaking the law!
