When i was younger.... I was molested by my moms ex boyfriend for almost two years.
Recently i was walking down the SCHOOL hallway when a vending machine guy walked right up behind me and took pictures of my butt ( i was wearing a skirt) However i had no idea. I continued to walk down the hall proceded to give my boyfriend a hug mean while the same man was snapping pictures of me. I walked to the luchline and still i was unknowing. My friend then noticed what was going on and interveined by stepping between the camera phone and me. I HAD NO IDEA! later when he was caught they found more pictures of girls butts on the phone, but the others could not be identified. We contacted local news and a lawyer. The man pleaded guilty but only got 6 months probation. I dont understand.... The evidence was right there...... what would have happened if by chance i would have been walking down a hall somewhere alone? Would it have been more????? I guess when the police went to take away his computer he had already sold it! Kinda fishy isnt it. I just think people like him and my moms ex boyfriend should be punished to a higher degree than just probation! They need to be in jail not roaming the streets to hurt another young child. I was only four years old when i was molested. I was to afraid to tell anyone until i was 15. And because i held off so long they couldnt punish him. SO PLEASE if you have been a victim of sexual abuse you need to tell someone dont hold off. ITs okay they will help you...If you need anyone to talk to im here.

I'm sorry you were molested - I was as well and know how terrible it is.
However, what does pedophilia have to do with it? A pedophile is an adult who is sexually attracted to children. That's totally unrelated to some perv who takes pictures of a teenaged girl, or a man who chooses to traumatize a young girl because he likes being in power.
IF you were molested as well you should know where im coming from. Pediphila has every thing to do with it! It is someone who is sexually attracted to children i was a child and he did sexual things to me! Yes maybe it did have something to do with power but he also was attracted to a young child!
Excuse me? IF I was molested? I would expect someone who'd been molested themselves to know how disgusting and hurtful it is to doubt someone's claim they were abused!
Pedophilia has nothing to do with it. 80% of pedophiles do not ever offend. Only about 2%-10% of child molesters are actually pedophiles. Generally when someone molests or rapes another person, it's NOT due to sexual attraction. A man doesn't rape a woman because he thinks she's hot - he rapes her because he desires power. Most people who hurt children don't see them as sexually attractive, merely as fragile and vulnerable.
I have better things to do than argue with you about this. So you can take your comments to some one who cares.
Hm. A friendly word of advice - that particular sort of attitude is very unlikely to get you far on ProU. When someone offers you friendly advice, when someone takes the time to comment to your blog with a serious response, you should be thankful and consider it seriously.
