Keeper of Time

Wildrose's picture

Time is a general concept, it's a schedule that we all use in order to engineer our world in a way that grants us control over everything that happens. It's like a string that carries along, interweaving everything. Time is the force of the universe that holds everything together, like the web of a spider. Time can be mastered if you just find the string that holds it together. That single thread holds the key to everything, all of life. If you just watch as the spider weaves with all her strife and carries the burden that brings her feed as she constantly weaves. Watch as each thread holds the others together in perfect harmony.

Now imagine for an instant that you were able to stand in between, find the thread, and take hold of this dream. Imagine that kind of being. Would the math be complex, where would such a path stretch? How can you use it to order your life, and everyone's, for the better? Is it a secret you could hold and not give up for another? Do you know how it might effect your mother? Just to silently, quietly, walk across that tether?

It's like politics, like math, like angels and demons, like taking a bath. You gotta think of how everything effects everything and go from there. Where, you say, should you go and which way is better? How does it effect another, each other?

Could you keep up with this race, slow it down, what happens when it all gets erased? History and science and poetry combine. Do you think you can handle it? Could you be the keeper of time?
