It has been a long day. I went to activate a new bank account credit card this morning then mailed out some letters and then joined the gym. After joining the gym I worked out for about two hours. After the gym I stopped by my boyfriends to see him. We talked about things a little today and he said he was proud to have a girlfriend like me. I wish he would say things like that more often...they make me feel so good about myself. I was supposed to go shopping but I didn't because I needed a shower after the gym. So I came home ate some lunch, mowed the lawn, and read for bit. I am reading a great book called She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb. I have my nose stuck in it all the time. I just started getting really involved with reading. It is amazing how much you can learn from a book. After reading I relaxed a little then went running. I finished my workout with a great cardio routine. I am now going to the store for my mom to get a few little things. After that I will probably come back home read a little then crash for the night. I plan on going swimming tommorow so I need my rest. I'll let you know about that tommorow.

Hey what do you do for your 'great cardio routine'?
I am tring to get back into the workout scene and did my swim plan today...it turned out lamer then I expected since it has been awhile. To my surprise it did help me feel happier today...maybe tomorow my body will yell at me.

I haven't been to a gym in a while; my membership ran out with my tuition payments when I graduated and I didn't have money for a new plan. When I did go to the gym, my great cardio routine was the elliptical machines for about 30 minutes. They're easy, a great workout, and good if you want to read while you work out. ;-) I also like the exercise bikes.
After cardio, I'd hit up the weight room for about 45 minutes.
I'm hoping when I start up school again, my tuition includes a gym membership of some kind. I miss the gym. I've been going to Curves for about a year, but it's not the same. :-/

While it has only been two months since I last went to the gym, it has been two PREPAID months! At this rate, if I go once every two months, I will be paying the bargain rate of $56 per workout. I can be so silly sometimes!

I had to quit working out during my whole spider bite experience, so I've gained about 10 pounds! Luckily, I'm back to cycling again and the weight seems to be coming back off.
