What is your (intended) major/career?
My intended major is Biomedical Engineering, I plan to further my studies at a medical school and become a doctor.
What issues are you most interested in (women's rights, education, racism, advancement of science, the environment, etc)?
The issues that I am most interested in is: the advancement of technology, illegal immigration, racism, and the war in Iraq..
What advice do you have for other bloggers?
I've seen some excellent blogs that were discredited due to lack of punctuation and proper English. If you have great point you're trying to make, use correct grammar. It'll make a huge difference in the discussion of your ideas and points.

I am a high school senior.
If you had to describe yourself (or your blog) in one word what would it be?
Determined.

I'm a fan of the New York Times.
What book/movie has most influenced your thinking on an important issue?
The movie American History X has influenced me the most on the issue of racism. It portrayed things in a different light then I have ever experienced before.
Who has helped shape your opinion on politics/social justice issues?
Noam Chomsky and Friedrich Nietzsche
What motivates you to keep blogging?
My love for a good debate. 
Who do you like to debate with?
I like to debate with just about anyone who knows enough on the subject I'm debating with. It's kind of useless to debate with someone who doesn't have any concrete knowledge on the topic at hand.
